There are two versions of roaming when it comes to charging your car:
Charging station roaming
If your charging station is set to roaming, it means that the station can be activated by charging cards that are not the Stroohm charging card. Your Stroohm charging station must be set to roaming if you intend to charge with an external charging card.
Charging card roaming
The Stroohm charging card can also be set to roaming. This means you can charge at all public charging stations that are displayed in the charging station app.
If you want to enable roaming for your charging card or charging station (if it’s not already enabled), please contact us or your employer/fleet manager.
